Shipping Policy

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $15.95 or more (after all discounts applied).

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also view your order status on your account page.

Please note that there might be a 24-hour delay in tracking progress after the order has been dispatched due to the shipper’s initial scan at one of their destination points.

Generally, our warehouse requires 2-4 business days to process your order. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The shipping times mentioned below do not include processing time.

Kindly be aware that processing and shipping times may be affected by high volume and extreme weather conditions, particularly towards the year-end.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the United States because our carrier can’t ensure safe delivery to those addresses.

Since we exclusively ship within the United States, customs duties are not applicable.
